My Book Shelf

Reading has become a strong passion of mine over the last few years. Ever since I started a book club with my friends, where we read various genres and meet monthly to discuss, the impact of reading on my daily life has become more and more apparent. Not only do books give me a form of escape and entertainment, I have learned more about myself and my life through various characters and character relationships. This paired with my desire to live an intellectually curious and present life has helped to deter me from the trap that is social media and instant dopamine rushes from the technology we are surrounded by daily. I believe every person should be a reader because of how beneficial it is for the mind and soul.

Although I have a strong background in fashion, I have come to realize that my passions and talents align immensely with the publishing industry and am currently seeking opportunities to help me transition to the career path that I am so eager to begin.
